Delivery Options at ASC: You can choose the desired shipping service provider (DHL or DPD) by yourself

We cooperate with the logistic-specialists DHL und DPD. You decide by yourself which one you trust more and with which one we are allowed to deliver your order (DHL/DPD).
In any case, your order is insured and traceable to a specific tracking number. You will receive the tracking by a seperate email after the order has left our warehouse.

Our general policy
  • If you place an order before 14:00 with DHL we ship the order the same day as long as the items are indicated as ready for immediate dispatch (green)
  • If you place an order before 15:00 with DPD we ship the order the same day as long as the items are indicated as ready for immediate dispatch (green)

We also ship large orders on pallets after consultation with you. Here, we usually work together with our logistics partners RS Logistik or Hellmann Logistics. Of course, large orders can also be arranged with the logistics company of your choice on request.
